Medicare Group: Replacement of the Representative of Abrar Al-doha Investment on the Company's Board of Directors

Medicare Group (Q.P.S.C) discloses that Abrar Al-Doha Investment has replaced its representative on the Board of Directors of Medicare Group, whereby Sheikh Turki bin Khalid bin Thani Al –Thani will represent it on the Board in place of Mr. Mubarak Abdulla Al-Sulaiti, effective from this date until the end of the current Board term (2024-2026).
