Medicare Group: Supplementary Disclosure to Shareholders Regarding Developments in the Lawsuit Filed by Medicare Group Against “seha” and Others

Further to the company's previous disclosures regarding the lawsuit filed by the company against National Health Insurance Company “SEHA” - under liquidation and others, in which a final judgment was issued in favor of the company obligating the National Health Insurance Company “SEHA” - under liquidation to pay Medicare Group an amount of QAR 130,453,117 being its outstanding dues in addition to an amount of QAR 5,000,000 as comprehensive compensation, and rejecting all other requests; Medicare Group (Q.P.S.C) discloses to its shareholders that it has submitted an enforcement request to the Enforcement Court in accordance with the enforcement case No: 195/2023 to collect the amounts awarded in favor of the company.

Accordingly; the company discloses that, in light of the above, today, Thursday ,18 of June 2026, the sum of QAR 75,172,489 has been deposited into the company’s bank account.

It is worth noting that the company will take the necessary measures to collect the remaining amounts ruled in favor of the company.
