Meeza Announces the Appointment of a New Board Member

MEEZA QSTP L.L.C. (Public) has announced that in accordance with Article (29) of its Articles of Association, Mr. Mohammed Ahmed Al-Hardan has been appointed as a Member of the Board of Directors “non-independent”, replacing Dr. Ahmed Khalifa El-Magarmid.
