Meeza QSTP LLC (Public) announces the results of the EGM. The meeting was held on 14/12/2025 and the following resolution were approved MEEZA QSTP – LLC (Public) hereby announces that its Extraordinary General Assembly Meeting (EGM) was held today, 14 December 2025. During the meeting, the shareholders approved certain amendments to the Company’s Articles of Association (Articles 6 and 28) as previously published and in accordance with applicable laws and regulations. The updated Articles of Association shall take effect as approved by the General Assembly. .
