Mekdam Holding Group: Election of the Chairman and Vice Chairman of the Board

Mekdam Holding Group announced that, based on the results of the Ordinary General Assembly meeting held on 31 March 2026, during which a new Board of Directors was elected for the term from 2026 to 2028, the newly elected Board convened its first meeting and selected the Chairman and Vice Chairman from among its members, as follows:

- Chairman of the Board: Sheikh Mohamed bin Nawaf NBK Al Thani (Non-Independent, Non-Executive)

- Vice Chairman of the Board: Sheikh Jassem bin Nawaf NBK Al Thani (Non-Independent, Non-Executive)
