Minister of State for Foreign Trade Affairs Meets Indian Finance and Corporate Affairs Minister

Doha, September 29 (QNA) - HE Minister of State for Foreign Trade Affairs at the Ministry of Commerce and Industry, Dr. Ahmad bin Mohammed Al Sayed, met Tuesday with HE Indian Minister of Finance and Minister of Corporate Affairs, Nirmala Sitharaman, who is visiting Qatar.
The meeting reviewed cooperation between the two countries and ways to support and strengthen it, particularly in the areas of trade and investment, as well as a number of issues of mutual interest.
The two sides also discussed ways to strengthen economic cooperation, create opportunities for partnerships and productive cooperation between Qatari and Indian investors and companies, and encourage them to take advantage of available opportunities in ways that serve the mutual interests of the two friendly countries.
