Doha, October 22 (QNA) - The Ministry of Commerce and Industry, represented by the Quality Licensing and Market Control Department, organized training workshops for food suppliers and major retail outlets to demonstrate its suite of electronic services and outline administrative procedures aimed at streamlining application processing.
In a statement issued on Thursday, the Ministry noted that the workshops featured practical demonstrations on submitting and tracking applications electronically, detailing technical requirements and procedural guidelines.
The sessions also identified common submission errors that lead to processing delays, enabling commercial establishments to optimize application accuracy.
The Ministry added that the workshops provided a direct platform for engagement with suppliers and retailers to address inquiries, gather feedback, and resolve operational challenges encountered on the digital platforms, thereby supporting ongoing system enhancements and user experience optimization.
This initiative underscores the Ministry of Commerce and Industry's strategic effort to strengthen public-private sector collaboration, build awareness around digital service tools, and advance institutional efficiency across commercial channels. (QNA)
