Mosanada Facilities Management Services Q.P.S.C. Awarded a Three-year Managing Agent Contract for Facilities Management Services at a Major Government Facility

Mosanada Facilities Management Services Q.P.S.C. (“Mosanada” or the “Company”), one of Qatar’s leading providers of specialised facilities management services, announces that it has been awarded a new contract for the provision of Consultancy Services for Facilities and Buildings Management to a large government facility in Qatar. The contract includes all hard and soft facilities management services, with a term of three years.

Under the contract, Mosanada acts as a Managing Agent for the full scope of hard and soft facilities management services across the site, encompassing the management and maintenance of the buildings, technical systems, and infrastructure together with the supporting services that sustain a safe, functioning and comfortable environment for its occupants.

Mosanada will implement and develop an enhanced Computer-Aided Facilities Management (CAFM) system to improve the user experience and strengthen operational reporting. The solution will incorporate advanced functionality, including stores and inventory management modules, enhanced data analytics and reporting capabilities, and new operating methodologies. These enhancements are expected to improve efficiency, support informed decision-making, and optimise facility management costs while maintaining high standards of service delivery.

The award reinforces Mosanada’s position as a leading provider of facilities management solutions to the government sector in the State of Qatar.
