Naseej Tech Awarded Contract by Elm To Supply Library Management Devices

Naseej for Technology Co. announced the award of a project by Elm Co. to supply technical devices for library management for Elm’s public libraries project.

 The contract was awarded on May 17, while the documents were completed today, May 24, the company said in a statement on Tadawul.

 The project is expected to exceed 1% of the total revenues according to the audited annual financial statements for 2022, the statement said.

 The deal is a related-party transaction as Faris AlRashed Alhumaid is a member of the board of directors of both companies.
