Of Barwa Real Estate: Company Further Information Regarding the Sale of a Land Plot in Jabal Thuailib, Lusail City

Further to the disclosure announced on 25 October 2026 concerning the sale of a land plot owned by Barwa Lusail, a wholly owned subsidiary of Barwa Real Estate Company, located in the Jabal Thuailib area of Lusail City, it is noted that the sale value of the land amounts to QAR 66,057,575, equivalent to QAR 706.77 per square foot.

It should also be noted that there is no conflict of interest between the parties to this agreement.
