Ooredoo Group Announces Interest Payment Dates for Its GMTN Program

Doha, September 28 (QNA) - Ooredoo Group has announced that it will make interest payments to holders of its Global Medium Term Note (GMTN) program on October 8 and 13, 2026.

In a statement published on the Qatar Stock Exchange's website on Monday, the Group said Ooredoo International Finance Limited (OIFL), its wholly owned subsidiary and the issuer of the notes, will pay noteholders USD 13.125 million on the interest payment date falling on October 8, 2026.

The payment relates to USD 1 billion of Guaranteed Notes due on April 8, 2031, carrying an interest rate of 2.625 percent, according to the statement.

For holders of USD 500 million of Guaranteed Notes due on October 10, 2034, OIFL will pay USD 11.5625 million in interest on the interest payment date falling on October 13, 2026. The notes carry an interest rate of 4.625 percent. (QNA)
