Postponement of Doha Insurance Group's Annual General and Extraordinary Meetings and Holding Them Electronically

In light of the current circumstances prevailing in the region and in adherence to the principle of public safety, and following coordination with the Ministry of Commerce and Industry and the Qatar Central Bank, it has been decided to postpone the Ordinary and Extraordinary General Assembly meeting. Accordingly, the new (first) meeting will be held on Monday, 09/03/2026, at 9:00 PM, electronically via “Microsoft Teams”.
