Postponement of the Ordinary General Assembly Meeting for Estithmar Holding Q.P.S.C. Scheduled for June 1st, 2025.

The Board of Directors of Estithmar Holding Q.P.S.C. announces the postponement of the Ordinary General Assembly (“the Assembly”) meeting scheduled for June 1st, 2025. A new date for the Assembly will be determined to discuss the planned agenda, and all esteemed shareholders will be informed of the new date through an announcement published in two local newspapers.
