Qatar Aluminum Manufacturing Company Announces the Controlled Shutdown of Its Joint Venture Operations

Doha, Qatar; 04th March 2026: Qatar Aluminum Manufacturing Company Q.P.S.C. (hereinafter referred to as “QAMCO” or the “Company”; Qatar Exchange ticker: QAMC), which owns a 50% stake in the joint venture Qatar Aluminum Company (“Qatalum”), announced that, further to QatarEnergy’s announcement to stop the production of some downstream products in the State of Qatar, the joint venture is planning a controlled shutdown. Accordingly, QAMCO will disclose further relevant information as and when it becomes available.
