Doha, July 26 (QNA) - Qatar Chamber has concluded its international training program, "Professional in Corporate Social Responsibility," organized in collaboration with the Regional Network for Consulting, a member of the Regional Network for Social Responsibility.
Held virtually, the program brought together participants from various government and private sector entities in Qatar, as well as representatives of Arab institutions and organizations.
The program was delivered by Professor Dr. Ali Al Ibrahim, an expert in corporate social responsibility, and focused on developing participants' skills and enhancing their knowledge in managing and implementing corporate social responsibility initiatives through professional methodologies.
In statements, Head of Training and Development at Qatar Chamber Fatima Issa Al Kuwari emphasized the Chamber's commitment to providing high-quality training programs that contribute to preparing and qualifying specialized professionals in emerging fields, including corporate social responsibility.
Al Kuwari stated: "Corporate social responsibility has become an increasingly important professional field, with many institutions establishing dedicated administrative units within their organizational structures to oversee this area.
This requires qualified and specialized professionals capable of effectively managing corporate social responsibility programs and initiatives."
The program forms part of Qatar Chamber's efforts to develop human capital and raise awareness of the importance of corporate social responsibility as a key pillar in achieving sustainable development and enhancing the role of institutions in serving the community. (QNA)
