Qatar Chamber, Ethiopian President Discuss Enhancing Economic Ties

Qatar Chamber board member Ali bin Abdullatif al-Misnad held a meeting with Ethiopian President Taye Atske Selassie on the sidelines of the AIM Congress 2026 held at the Dubai World Trade Centre.

The meeting focused on ways to enhance Qatar-Ethiopia trade and economic relations, and investment opportunities in Ethiopia.

During the meeting, al-Misnad affirmed the close cooperation between Qatar and Ethiopia and highlighted the significant potential for cooperation between the Qatari and Ethiopian private sectors.

He also invited Ethiopian investors to explore opportunities in Qatar, which offers world-class infrastructure, attractive investment incentives, and advanced legislation.
