1. Review and approval of the minutes of Board Meeting No. (3) of 2026.

2. Noting the reports of the Board committees (Audit Committee; Risk Management and Compliance Committee; Nomination, Remuneration and Incentives Committee) and ratifying the matters requiring Board ratification.

3. Approval of the dates of the remaining Board and committee meetings for 2026 and the timetable for the closing of financial year 2026.

The agenda does not include the discussion or approval of any financial statements.
