Qatar Fuel Co.: Will Hold Its EGM on 16/08/2026

Qatar Fuel Co. announces that the General Assembly Meeting EGM will be held on 16/08/2026, Woqod Tower and 04:30 PM. In case of not completing the legal quorum, the second meeting will be held on 18/08/2026, Woqod Tower and 04:30 PM .

To approve the proposed amendments introduced to the Articles of Association of the company as detailed on WOQOD’s website (www.woqod.com) to ensure compliance with the QFMA’s new Governance Code as applicable and other changes.
