Qatar Gas Transport Company Ltd.: Will Hold Its EGM on 19/08/2026

Qatar Gas Transport Company Ltd. announces that the General Assembly Meeting EGM will be held on 19/08/2026, electronically using Zoom application platform and 04:00 PM. In case of not completing the legal quorum, the second meeting will be held on 24/08/2026, electronically using Zoom application platform and 04:00 PM .

To approve the Amendments made to the Company’s Articles of Association, including amendments in accordance with the Corporate Governance Code issued pursuant to Qatar Financial Markets Authority Board Resolution No. (5) of 2025, which are published on the company’s Official Website (www.nakilat.com).
