Qatar General Insurance & Reinsurance Company: Postponement of the Second General Assembly Meeting for 2024 and 2025 to 20 July 2026

Pursuant to Qatar General Insurance & Reinsurance Company disclosure on 08 July 2026, Qatar General Insurance and Reinsurance Company announces that, due to the declaration of a public mourning period in the State of Qatar and the suspension of work at financial institutions in accordance with the relevant directives issued in this regard, the second General Assembly Meeting for the years 2024 and 2025 has been postponed to Monday 20 July 2026 at 5:00 PM. The second meeting will take place at Sharq Village & Spa Al Sonbok Hall. The meeting registration (self or proxy) will start from 3:00 PM till 4:30 PM.
