Qatar Industrial Manufacturing Company Disclosure of a Lawsuit

Qatar Industrial Manufacturing Company announces that Victor Electromechanical Company has filed a lawsuit Case No. (6284/2026) against it - in its capacity as the second defendant-and others before the Investment and Commerce Court.

The plaintiff is claiming the sum of QAR 70,029,958.62 in connection with subcontracting works performed for the first defendant pursuant to an agreement between them.
