Qatar Islamic Bank Completes Partial Exit of 13.75% Interest in Daaman Islamic Insurance Co (Beema)

Qatar Islamic Bank ("QIB") has successfully completed the partial exit of 13.75% interest in Daaman Islamic Insurance to a group of SPVs funded by QInvest LLC. The share sale and purchase agreement was signed on 9th of July 2026 and QIB will continue to hold 5% ownership in Daaman Islamic Insurance Co after the partial exit.
