Qatar National Cement: The AGM Endorses Items on Its Agend

Qatar National Cement Co. announces the results of the AGM. The meeting was held on 17/02/2025 and the following resolutions were approved: - Approval of the Board of Directors’ report for the year 2024. Approval of the report of the external auditor of the company’s accounts for the year ending 31/12/2024. Approving the budget and profit and loss account for the year 2024. Approval of distributing cash dividends of 27% of the capital to shareholders for the year 2024, at the rate of 27 dirhams for each valid share. Approval of the governance report for the year 2024. Discharging the members of the Board of Directors from their liabilities for the year 2024 and approving their remuneration. Appointing the Deloitte-Qatar office to audit the company’s accounts for the year 2025 and determine their fees.
