Qatar Stock Exchange Index Closes Lower

Doha, September 09 (QNA) - The Qatar Stock Exchange index closed lower on Wednesday, falling 5.84 points, or 0.06 percent, to 9,851.49.
A total of 140,698,123 shares were traded during the session, with a value of QR 391,511,719.344, through 26,833 transactions across all sectors.
Shares of 21 companies rose during the session, while those of 30 others declined. Two companies remained unchanged from their previous closing prices.
Market capitalization at the end of the trading session stood at QR 594,078,407,480.286, compared with QR 594,843,657,863.070 in the previous session. (QNA)
