Qatari German Co. for Medical Devices: Disclosure Regarding the Judgment Issued in the Lawsuit Related to the Complaint Filed by the Company Concerning Suspected Mismanagement During the Period from 2021 to 2024

Qatari German Co. for Medical Devices announced the issuance of a judgment in Case No. (2026/3298/Miscellaneous Misdemeanors/First Instance).

The Criminal Court of First Instance issued its judgment on 01/10/2026 in favor of the Company in the case filed against the Company’s former management for the period from 2021 to 2024.

The first-instance judgment found the former Finance Manager, who served during the period from 15/12/2019 to 31/12/2023, guilty and sentenced him to six months’ imprisonment and a fine of QAR 10,000 in respect of the charges brought against him.

It should also be noted that the judgment issued is a first-instance judgment and, therefore, remains subject to appeal by all parties in accordance with the procedures and time limits prescribed by law. The judgment relates to the complaint filed by the Company under No. (2026/1303/Economic Crimes Department), which was previously disclosed on 22/02/2026.
