Qatari German Co. for Medical Devices: Will Hold Its EGM on 09/07/2026

Qatari German Co. for Medical Devices announces that the General Assembly Meeting EGM will be held on 09/07/2026, company head quarter and electronically and 04:00 PM. In case of not completing the legal quorum, the second meeting will be held on 12/07/2026, company head quarter and electronically and 04:00 PM .

The Agenda of EGM are as follows:

1. To consider the Board of Directors’ recommendation to continue the Company’s operations despite the accumulated losses exceeding 50% of the Company’s share capital, in accordance with the provisions of the Company’s Articles of Association and the applicable laws and regulations.
