Qatari German For Medical Devices Company announces, further to its statement dated 26 March 2025 regarding the financial results for the fourth quarter of the fiscal year 2024, it has filed a report with the competent authorities regarding suspected mismanagement during the period from 2021 to 2024, which resulted in the recognition of financial provisions amounting to (49,136,752). Accordingly, the Company has commenced the necessary legal actions in this regard before the competent authorities, reaffirming its commitment to protecting shareholders’ rights, safeguarding the Company’s assets, and complying with the applicable laws and regulations, as well as the principles of governance and transparency.
