QICDRC Reviews Key Cases from H1 2026

Doha, October 14 (QNA) - The Qatar International Court and Dispute Resolution Center (QICDR), in cooperation with LexisNexis, held a discussion discussing key cases heard by the court in the first half of 2026, alongside the release of its H1 case digest.

The session, held at the court's premises, brought together legal professionals to discuss selected cases, legal principles and practical insights from recent judgments.

QICDRC's CEO Faisal bin Rashid Al Sahouti said the latest digest reflected the court's continued commitment to raising awareness and understanding of its judgments and jurisprudence.

By making key rulings and their practical implications more accessible to the legal and business communities, the court seeks to enhance legal clarity and support a knowledge-based, transparent dispute resolution environment, he added.

The H1 2026 case digest provides legal practitioners, businesses and other stakeholders with a concise overview of key judgments and developments in the court's jurisprudence.
