QIIB and The Group Securities Sign MoU to Advance Digital Services

Doha, July 29 (QNA) - QIIB and The Group Securities have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) aimed at enhancing cooperation between the two sides and developing digital services provided to customers, enabling a seamless and integrated investment and banking experience.

The MoU was signed by Chief Executive Officer of QIIB Dr. Abdulbasit Ahmad al Shaibei and Chairman of The Group Securities Hamad bin Khalaf al Moudadi, in the presence of a number of officials from both sides.

Under the MoU, both institutions will provide reciprocal services and advanced digital tools that enrich the experience of investors in the capital market, in compliance with the highest banking standards.

Al Moudadi stated: "We are pleased to sign this MoU with a prestigious financial institution of QIIB's stature, crowning a relationship extending for more than thirty years, to raise the efficiency of services provided to investors and embody our keenness to build strategic partnerships with the local banking sector to enhance the investment trading environment."

For his part, Dr. al Shaibei said: "The signing of this MoU represents a new strategic step within our continuous efforts to expand our digital service network. We place digital transformation and innovation at the forefront of our priorities, in line with the Qatar National Vision of building a knowledge-based digital economy." (QNA)
