QIIB Senior Oryx Ltd. Announces Results of Consent Solicitation for Re-domiciliation to Qatar Financial Centre

On 5 October 2026, Qatar International Islamic Bank (Q.P.S.C.), on behalf of the Trustee, circulated by electronic mail to the Certificateholders a proposed written resolution (the “Written Resolution”) to approve, inter alios, certain modifications to the terms and conditions of the Certificates (the "Conditions") to reflect the proposed re-domiciliation of the Trustee from the Cayman Islands to the Qatar Financial Centre, as further described in the attachment .
