QSE Index Closes Higher

Doha, September 21 (QNA) - The Qatar Stock Exchange (QSE) Index closed Monday's trading session up 8.61 points, or 0.09 percent, at 9,559.05 points.

Trading volume reached 212,555,866 shares, with turnover totaling QAR 457,363,074.729 through 25,807 transactions across all sectors.

Shares of 26 companies advanced, while 24 declined and four remained unchanged from their previous closing prices.

Market capitalization stood at QAR 576,255,541,469.170 at the close of trading, down from QAR 576,389,171,369.346 in the previous session. (QNA)
