QSE Index Closes Higher

Doha, November 04 (QNA) - Qatar Stock Exchange (QSE) index closed on Wednesday higher by 270.10 points, or 2.81 percent, to end at 9,884.17.

Trading volume reached 370,969,185 shares, with turnover totaling QAR 820,126,181.574 through 48,430 transactions across all sectors.

The shares of 48 companies advanced during the session, and those of four others declined, while one company kept its previous closing prices unchanged.

Market capitalization stood at QAR 601,364,081,080.454 at the close of trading, up from QAR 581,983,053,178.832 in the previous session. (QNA)
