QSE Index Closes Lower

Doha, August 11 (QNA) - The Qatar Stock Exchange (QSE) index closed Tuesday's trading session lower by 79.38 points, or 0.79 percent, reaching 10,018.06 points.
A total of 158,763,806 shares were traded during the session, with a total value of QAR 331,524,920.482 through 22,604 transactions across all sectors.
The shares of 18 companies advanced, whereas those of 27 others declined, while the shares of six companies remained unchanged.
At the close of trading, market capitalization stood at QAR 601,954,015,444.430 compared to QAR 606,810,041,734.014 in the previous session. (QNA)
