QSE Index Closes Lower

Doha, September 22 (QNA) - The Qatar Stock Exchange (QSE) index lost 45.26 points, or 0.47 percent, to close Tuesday's trading session at 9,513.79 points.
A total of 196,810,129 shares were traded during the session, with a combined value of QAR 505,835,017.854 via 31,706 transactions across all sectors.
The shares of seven companies advanced during the session, whereas those of 40 others declined, while five companies kept their previous closing prices unchanged.
Market capitalization stood at QAR 573,910,646,975.266 at the close of trading, compared with QAR 576,255,541,469.170 at the end of the previous session. (QNA)
