QSE Index Closes Lower

Doha, October 06 (QNA) - Qatar Stock Exchange (QSE) Index closed Tuesday's trading session down by 25.75 points, or 0.28 percent, at 9,259.30 points.

Trading volume reached 129,480,286 shares, with turnover totaling QAR 284,614,968.311 through 16,571 transactions across all sectors.

The shares of 23 companies advanced during the session, and those of 25 others declined, while three companies kept their previous closing prices unchanged.

Market capitalization stood at QAR 561,169,585,897.352 at the close of trading, down from QAR 562,864,065,506.022 in the previous session. (QNA)
