QSE Index Closes Monday's Trading Lower

Doha, August 30 (QNA) - The Qatar Stock Exchange (QSE) index closed 56.25 points lower on Monday, down 0.57 percent, to settle at 9,806.85 points.
Trading volume reached 232,151,686,shares, with turnover totaling QAR 295,363,122.341 through 35,742 transactions across all sectors.
In Monday's session, shares of 13 companies advanced, while 37 declined and four remained unchanged from their previous closing prices.
Market capitalization stood at QAR 589,335,222,374.568 at the close, compared to QAR 593,095,149,114.036 in the previous session. (QNA)
