QSE Index Gains 10.72 Points at Start of Trading

Doha, June 28 (QNA) - Qatar Stock Exchange (QSE) general index gained 10.72 points, or 0.10%, at the start of Sunday's trading, up 10,292 points compared to the previous session’s close, supported by three sectors.

The market showed positive performances in the Industrials sector by 0.55%, Real Estate (+0.32%) and Banks and Financial Services (+0.02%). Meanwhile, performance was negative for Consumer Goods and Services (-0.02%), Telecoms (-0.10%), Insurance (-0.40%), and Transportation (-0.65%).

By 10:00 am, trading turnover reached QAR 44.893 million, with 20.604 million shares traded in 2,409 transactions. (QNA)
