QSE Index Opens 0.24% Higher

Doha, September 27 (QNA) - The Qatar Stock Exchange (QSE) index climbed 0.24% in early trading on Sunday, gaining 22.58 points to reach 9500, as all sectors posted gains.

QSE data showed Consumer Goods and Services sector rising 0.55%, followed by Insurance by 0.38%, Industrials by 0.18 %, Telecoms by 0.18%, Transportation by 0.17%, Banks and Financial Services by 0.16%, and Real Estate by 0.15%.

By 10:00 am, trading volume reached 16.593 million shares, with turnover totaling QR 36.874 million across 2258 transactions. (QNA)
