
Doha, October 08 (QNA) - The Qatar Stock Exchange (QSE) Index opened Thursday's trading session down 24.94 points, or 0.27%, at 9,184, weighed down by broad-based declines across all sectors.
QSE data showed all seven sectors trading lower. The Real Estate sector led the losses, falling 0.71%, followed by Industrials at 0.52%, Consumer Goods and Services at 0.34%, Insurance at 0.16%, Transportation at 0.13%, Telecoms at 0.08%, and Banking and Financial Services at 0.07%.
By 10:00 am, trading on QSE totaled QR 38.552 million, with 22.466 million shares changing hands through 2,226 transactions. (QNA)
