QSE Index Opens Higher

Doha, November 04 (QNA) - The Qatar Stock Exchange (QSE) index increased by 2.39% at the start of Wednesday's trading, gaining 229.97 points from the previous session's close to reach 9,844 points, supported by gains across all sectors.

QSE data attributed positive performances in Industrials (+3.38%), Real Estate (+3.17%), Banks and Financial Services (+2.03%), Telecoms (+1.99%), Transportation (+1.97%), Consumer Goods and Services (+1.32%), and Insurance (+0.87%).

By 10:00 am, QSE recorded 7,370 transactions of QR 197.607 million, with 105.725 million shares. (QNA)
