
Doha, July 01 (QNA) - The Qatar Stock Exchange (QSE) general index opened higher on Wednesday, gaining 11.08 points, or 0.11%, to reach 10,252 points, compared to the previous session's close, supported by six sectors.
Market data showed gains in the Telecoms sector by (+0.72%), Industrials (+0.43%), Real Estate (+0.14%), Banks and Financial Services (+0.09%), Transportation (+0.08%), and Consumer Goods and Services (+0.04%). Meanwhile, the performance was negative for the Insurance sector by (-0.45%).
By 10:00 am, trading turnover reached QAR 44.896 million, with 20.796 million shares traded in 2,787 transactions. (QNA)
