QSE Opens Lower

Doha, September 30 (QNA) - The Qatar Stock Exchange (QSE) Index opened Wednesday's trading session down 27.21 points, or 0.29%, to reach 9,279 points, weighed by six sectors.

QSE data showed a positive performance for Insurance (+0.89%), Meanwhile, performance was negative for Consumer Goods and Services (-0.02%), Telecoms (-0.23%), Industrials (-0.25%), Banks and Financial Services (-0.32%), Real Estate (-0.40%), and Transport (-0.84%).

By 10:00 am, trading on QSE totaled QR 46.380 million, with 23.259 million shares changing hands through 2,944 transactions. (QNA)
