Real Estate Trading Exceeds QAR 370 Million in One Week

Doha, September 24 (QNA) - The volume of real estate trading in sales contracts registered with the Real Estate Registration Department at the Ministry of Justice between Sept. 13 - 17 reached QAR 299,903,384.
Meanwhile, the total value of sales contracts for residential units in the Real Estate Bulletin during the same period amounted to QAR 71,086,172, bringing the total real estate trading volume for the week to QAR 370.989 million.
The weekly bulletin issued by the Department shows that the list of traded properties included vacant land, residences, residential buildings, and residential units.
Sales transactions were concentrated in the municipalities of Al Rayyan, Doha, Umm Salal, Al Daayen, Al Wakra, Al Khor, Al Thakhira, and Al Shamal, as well as areas of Lusail 69, The Pearl, Al Wukair, Al Kharayej, Umm Al Amad, Legtaifiya, Al Gharafa, and Ghar Thuaileb.
The volume of real estate trading in sales contracts registered with the Real Estate Registration Department exceeded QAR 387 million during the period from Sept. 06 to Sept. 10. (QNA)
