Reconstitution of the Board Nomination, Remuneration, and Incentives Committee of Mesaieed Petrochemical Holding Company

The Board of Directors of Mesaieed Petrochemical Holding Company (MPHC) has approved the reconstitution of the Board Nomination, Remuneration, and Incentives Committee, comprising the following Board members:

1. Mr. Abdulla Ahmad Al-Hussaini - Chairman
2. Mr. Ali Nasser Telfat - Member
3. Mr. Khalid Sultan Al-Kuwari - Member
