The Board of Directors of Qatar Aluminium Manufacturing Company (QAMCO) has approved the reconstitution of the Board Nomination, Remuneration, and Incentives Committee, comprising the following Board members:

1. Mr. Mohammed Essa Al-Mannai - Chairman
2. Mr. Nabeel Mohammed Al-Buenain - Member
3. Mr. Ahmed Abdulqader Al-Ahmed - Member
