Replacement of Representatives on the Board of Directors of Qatar Islamic Insurance Group

Qatar Islamic Insurance Group disclosed that Withaq Business Development, as a member of the Group’s Board of Directors, replaced its representative on the Board , to Mr. Khalid Mohd Asad Al Emadi replacing H. E. Sheikh Dr. /Khalid Bin Thani Bin Abdulla Al Thani. Similarly, Thubair Investment Group, as a member of the Group’s Board of Directors, replaced its representative on the Board, to H. E. Sheikh Abdulla Bin Khalid Bin Thani Al Thani replacing Mr. Khalid Mohd Asad Al Emadi. It should be Noted that the necessary approvals have been obtained from the regulatory authorities in this regard.
