Contract Details: The contract was signed with Branch of Chengdu Design & Research Institute for the conversion to natural gas under the Liquid Fuel Displacement Program, on an EPC contract basis.

Contract Duration: 12 months

Financial Impact and the Relevant Period: The natural gas conversion project is expected to contribute to increased fuel consumption efficiency and improved operational reliability, thereby supporting production stability and reducing costs starting from the commencement of operations.

Additional Information: The project aims to enhance the efficiency of current production lines and contribute to supporting Saudi Arabia’s Vision 2030, in addition to achieving the objectives of the Liquid Fuel Displacement Program, supported by the Ministry of Industry and Mineral Resources, as well as improving fuel efficiency and promoting environmental sustainability.

On the occasion of signing the contract, the Company expresses its sincere appreciation and gratitude for the continuous efforts and support provided by the Ministry of Industry and Mineral Resources and the Ministry of Energy, as well as all government entities concerned with the cement sector in the Kingdom.

Please note that the contractor has taken possession of the site and commenced the project as of today, and the advance payment has been paid to the contractor in accordance with the payment terms.
