Introduction: With reference to Southern Province Cement Company’s announcement published on the Saudi Exchange website on 5 October 2026 Corresponding to 24 Rabi’ al-Thani 1448 AH regarding the opening of nominations for membership of the Company’s Board of Directors for the upcoming term, starting on 1 January 2027 for a period of three years ending on 31 December 2029, the Company would like to announce the extension of the nomination application period until the end of Sunday, 22 November 2026. The extension is intended to provide additional time for candidates wishing to apply to complete and submit their nomination applications and the required supporting documents.
