The Commercial Bank (P.S.Q.C.): Call of Usd 500, 000, 000 Perpetual Additional Tier 1 Capital Securities (Isin: Xs2293694662) (the “capital Securities”)

The Commercial Bank (P.S.Q.C.) announces that, pursuant to the condition of the Capital Securities, it will give notice of its intention to redeem the abovementioned Capital Securities in whole on 9 March 2026. According to the terms and conditions applicable to the Capital Securities, they will be redeemed at 100% of the principal amount plus any unpaid accrued interest up to the date of redemption. Upon redemption in full, the listing and trading of the Capital Securities will be cancelled, and no further payments will be due thereafter on the Capital Securities.
