These Stocks Have Been Repriced The Most in The Past Year

Some stocks in Qatar are trading below their 52-week highs — but does this reflect potential value, or a reason for caution?

The last price versus 52-week high ratio shows how close a stock is trading relative to its peak over the past year, with lower percentages indicating a larger pullback that could signal either opportunity or underlying pressure.

Mesaieed (MPHC) is currently trading at about 73% of its 52-week high, or roughly 27% below its peak

as of 16th February, 2026.

Qatar Oman Investment (QOIS) and Gulf International Services (GISS) are both around 75% of their

highs, placing them about 25% below peak levels.

Baladna (BLDN) and Gulf Warehousing (GWCS) are near 76%, or approximately 24% below their highs.

For investors, understanding these gaps is important because price declines can sometimes indicate

potential upside if fundamentals remain stable, but they may also reflect changes in earnings outlook,

sector dynamics, or broader market sentiment.

Looking at how far a stock sits from its high can provide useful context, but it should be considered

alongside deeper analysis to understand what may be driving the move and whether conditions support

a recovery or continued volatility.
